Known from being a strong player both online and live, Rodrigo Caprioli is either known by his online name "caprioli" or by his nickname Zidane, given by his strong resemblance to the famous French soccer player. Caprioli is part of the Brazilian poker scene since its first years and was always known by his unmatched PL Omaha skills. This past year he won one Brazilian Series of Poker title and had great results like a 16th place at the EPT London, a 17th place at the LAPT Mar del Plata and a 23rd finish at the 10K PLO WSOP event. His best online results include a 2nd place at the SCOOP series PLO $5,200 event and a 7th place at the 2008 WCOOP PLO $320 with re-buys, besides several final tables at regular online tournaments.
 
Caprioli focus on playing sit-and-gos and satellites, and that has taken him to many international tournaments and got him extensive live tournament experience.
