Phan emerged onto the poker scene at the 2005 WSOP, where he final tabled the 5K 7-Card-Stud Event, and he has been one of the tournament circuit’s top players ever since. A multiple-time final table finisher on the World Poker Tour, Phan won the Legends of Poker event at the Bicycle Casino and went on to be named 2008 Player of the Year by both Card Player and Bluff Magazine.
