Giang moved to the United States in the 1970s and worked a series of low-paying jobs before finding his calling as a professional poker player. Soon he had worked his way up to the “Big Game,” the world’s highest stakes regular live cash game, where he continues to be a regular to this day. Although Giang has won three WSOP bracelets, he initially had little interest in tournaments, and only began playing them so his children could see him on TV.
